The Senior Technical Lead (M365) will shape and sustain the M365 platform, providing high‑quality collaboration and productivity tools for staff and volunteers.Role PurposeThis role proactively leads the advancement and maintenance of our M365 platform, ensuring a secure, supported, and productive environment that supports the NSPCC mission.ResponsibilitiesLead design and optimisation of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Power Platform).Ensure configurations meet NSPCC policies; collaborate with Cyber Security on access controls.Monitor usage trends and drive service improvements through automation.Mentor colleagues and ensure adherence to NSPCC policies.Assess Microsoft updates and end‑of‑life notices; coordinate necessary actions.Lead resolution of major incidents affecting M365 services.QualificationsStrong understanding of M365 architecture and applications.Hands‑on experience with Azure and M365, proactive learning mindset.Analytical ability to quickly understand complex concepts and gather precise requirements.Calm, confident under pressure to support effective decision‑making.Excellent stakeholder relationship management and clear communication to senior audiences.Strong written, verbal, and numerical communication skills.Ready to Apply?If this is the role for you, click the button ‘apply’ to start your journey.
