You won’t just be managing a timeline; you will be the driving force behind customer-facing delivery projects within the Defence and National Security sector.You are the “Strategic Navigator” for our projects – equally comfortable facilitating a high-velocity Scrum team, managing high-value supplier contracts, and briefing senior stakeholders on complex risk profiles.ResponsibilitiesMulti-Project Orchestration: Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, balancing internal R&D innovation with rigid customer-facing delivery milestones.Agile & Hybrid Governance: Drive Agile maturity across multi-disciplinary teams (Engineering, DevOps, Research) while ensuring compliance with traditional Defence governance and reporting frameworks.Commercial & Supplier Management: Act as the primary interface for third-party suppliers and partners, managing procurement lifecycles, statement of works (SoWs), and performance to ensure maximum value.Strategic Risk & Issue Ownership: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate complex risks.
