We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter. The role focuses on delivering engineering talent to meet Capital.com's business objectives in 2025 and beyond. The recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, source top engineering candidates, and act as a strategic partner to engineering stakeholders.
Responsibilities- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from requisition to offer, developing strategies to attract top engineering talent.
- Sourcing: Proactively identify candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach. Maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with engineering managers, providing guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience throughout the process, providing feedback and support.
- Reporting: Provide updates and utilize data to improve recruitment strategies.
- Agency Collaboration: Work with recruitment agencies, ensuring candidates meet company standards.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in software engineering.
- Excellent sourcing, networking, and relationship skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Lever) and recruitment software.
- Availability for hybrid work in Warsaw (Skyliner building).
- Business-level proficiency in English (CEFR B2 or higher).
