We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter. The role focuses on delivering engineering talent to meet Capital.com's business objectives in 2025 and beyond. The recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, source top engineering candidates, and act as a strategic partner to engineering stakeholders.

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from requisition to offer, developing strategies to attract top engineering talent.
• Sourcing: Proactively identify candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach. Maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Business Partnership: Collaborate with engineering managers, providing guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience throughout the process, providing feedback and support.
• Reporting: Provide updates and utilize data to improve recruitment strategies.
• Agency Collaboration: Work with recruitment agencies, ensuring candidates meet company standards.

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in software engineering.
• Excellent sourcing, networking, and relationship skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Lever) and recruitment software.
• Availability for hybrid work in Warsaw (Skyliner building).
• Business-level proficiency in English (CEFR B2 or higher).
