Job Description We are looking for a
Lead Data Architect
who has experience in solution planning and system architecture design,in leading DW/BI initiatives on
Azure and/or Snowflake
platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable data warehouse and business intelligence solutions, with a strong emphasis on
statistical and advanced analytics . The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure
data integrity and consistency
across systems. Insurance domain expertise is mandatory in Commercial/Speciality Insurance
Roles & Responsibilities Lead engagements across all phases—from problem definition and diagnosis to solution design, development, and deployment. Create detailed design and architecture, and process artifacts, implement the solution and the deployment plan. Engage with senior client stakeholders, providing thought leadership in domain, process, and technology. Diagnose complex issues, design innovative solutions, and ensure successful delivery to drive client satisfaction. Conduct product demos, proof-of-concept workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligned with client budgets. Job description

Required Qualifications Minimum 15 years of experience in data architecture, including 5+ years as a Lead Data Architect. Strong domain knowledge in Insurance. (Commercial/Speciality Insurance) Hands-on expertise in Azure Data Factory, ADLS, Snowflake Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience in at least one of these technologies. Preferred: Experience in more than one is a strong advantage. Kafka, Power BI, Confluent Cloud, Microsoft Fabric Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience in at least one of these technologies. Preferred: Experience in multiple is a plus. Python/PySpark, MSBI (SSIS) Preferred: Good understanding or experience in any of these technologies. SQL Scripting and Data Lakes Mandatory: Strong proficiency in SQL and in-depth knowledge of Data Lakes.
Deep understanding of: Data modeling and data product concepts DW/BI/AI solution architecture Agile methodologies
Experience in: Leading business process workshops and Fit-Gap analysis Client interfacing and stakeholder management Project and team leadership
Ability to work in highly regulated environments
