Senior Technology Business Partner / Business Relationship Manager Supply Chain, Buying and Merchandising Technology Location: West London Working pattern: Hybrid, three days per week on site Salary: £110,000 to £120,000 plus bonus Overview I am partnering with a large, complex retail organisation to hire a senior Technology Business Partner to sit between technology and senior business stakeholders across Supply Chain, Buying and Merchandising. This is a high impact role focused on shaping demand, prioritising delivery, and supporting a major ERP transformation within an evolving operating model. This is not a traditional relationship focused BRM role. The early phase will be delivery heavy, with a need to stabilise an existing backlog of work, reassess priorities, and bring clarity to how initiatives are shaped and progressed through technology.
