You’ll oversee IT service integration for acquired entities, ensuring alignment with business and technology strategies.This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing complex interdependencies, and enabling high-quality outcomes through iterative planning and collaboration. You will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from shaping the vision and roadmap to implementation and benefits realisation acting as the senior technical point of contact between Change, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.**How you’ll help us make health happen*** Drive successful delivery of initiatives using Agile practices, managing risks, dependencies, and change to meet business objectives and quality standards.* Enable collaboration across Scrum teams and Agile Release Trains, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery.* Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain a clear, prioritised backlog and roadmap, providing visibility of milestones and success metrics.* Foster accountability and psychological safety by ensuring Agile roles are well understood.* Build strong relationships with IT, business, and external partners to optimise resources and stay within scope and budget.* Contribute to business case development, ensuring alignment with strategy and governance.* Provide regular, data-driven updates on progress, forecasts, and risks using Agile metrics.* Inspire and coach Agile teams through servant leadership, promoting collaboration and high performance.* Ensure delivery aligns with Bupa’s governance, technology frameworks, and regulatory standards.* Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve flow, and enhance service delivery.* Manage internal and external partners to ensure shared delivery goals and Agile ways of working.* Promote Agile standards, tools, and ceremonies to drive consistency and continuous improvement.* Lead key ceremonies such as sprint reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning.* Share knowledge and mentor colleagues to build a culture of learning and excellence.* Drive continuous improvement and champion Agile transformation across the IT Change community.* Demonstrate Bupa’s values — Brave, Caring, Responsible — in all aspects of delivery and leadership.**Key Skills / Qualifications*** Extensive experience in IT Project Management, delivering complex, multi-stream initiatives using Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies.* Proven track record in end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT projects, including cross-functional coordination, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realisation.* Experience driving the delivery of Health Services Mergers & Acquisitions technology initiatives within the Diagnostics and Secondary Care.* Strong technical understanding of enterprise platforms, integration patterns, and common technology components.* Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, demonstrate empathy, and remain resilient under pressure.* Advanced capability in risk, issue, and dependency management across Agile and Waterfall models.* Proficient in financial and resource management, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.* Deep knowledge of delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and ability to tailor methods to organisational needs.* Relevant certifications desirable: PRINCE2, PMP, SAFe Agilist, CSM, Agile PM.* Strong commercial awareness and vendor management experience, including contract negotiation and governance.* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior leadership and producing clear documentation and presentations.* Experience working with distributed teams, fostering collaboration across time zones using digital tools.**Benefits**Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
