The home has been renovated to a high standard with homely touches to ensure the children and young people feel safe and nurtured.With a new young person due to move into the home in the coming months this therapeutic company is growing its dedicated and consistent team. They have a committed Registered Manager in place who has been with the company since it opened along with a highly experienced Deputy. The home is proud to hold an Ofsted rating of Good, showcasing the team's ability to provide high-quality support.As a Senior Therapeutic EBD Support Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring the children receive high-quality support. You will lead by example, overseeing the team, and contributing to the smooth running of each shift.
