About the Role: As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in delivering expert planning advice to a wide range of clients, with a particular focus on retail-led developments. You will be involved in preparing and submitting planning applications, managing appeals, and offering strategic guidance on complex planning matters. Experience in undertaking sequential assessments and/or retail impact assessments would be highly advantageous.

You will work on an exciting variety of projects that reflect the client’s strong reputation and diverse workload, including high-profile and complex planning schemes.

Key Requirements: Proven experience working within the private sector , ideally within a consultancy environment. Demonstrable experience working with retail clients and on retail-led developments. Familiarity with sequential and retail impact assessments
