Job Title: Senior Town Planner
Location: Northampton

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a growing planning consultancy with a new Northampton office, working on a wide range of residential and mixed-use projects across the UK. We are particularly interested in hearing from those with a planning policy and/or site promotion background.

The role will involve:

* Working on a wide range of residential and mixed-use schemes
* Preparing and submitting planning applications
* Supporting and leading on appeals
* Engaging in pre-application discussions
* Contributing to planning policy and site promotion work

We are looking for candidates who:

* Have experience in planning policy and/or site promotion
* Are MRTPI qualified or working towards it
* Have strong written and verbal communication skills
* Are proactive and keen to develop their career
