We’re working exclusively with a highly respected, planning-led multidisciplinary consultancy based in Central London. With ambitious growth plans and a strong pipeline of projects, they are expanding their Infrastructure Planning team and are looking to make several hires across all levels (Planner-Associate Director!).

THE HEADLINES:

Title: Senior Town Planner (Infrastructure/DCO)

Experience required: 4+ Years' Experience (Minimum)

Salary: £50,000 (Negotiable DOE) + EOT Bonus & Strong Bonus

Location: Central London

Type of Company: Planning-Led Multidisciplinary SME

WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 4+ years of UK Town Planning experience.
• Experience with infrastructure projects, DCOs, or NSIPs
• RTPI membership preferred (or working towards MRTPI)
• Background in development management and/or policy planning
• Commercially aware, proactive, and collaborative mindset
