Senior Town Planner Location: Swindon

The Role

As a Senior Town Planner, you will:

Lead and manage a variety of planning projects from inception through to determination and appeal *

Prepare, submit and monitor complex planning applications, appeals, and development appraisals *

Provide expert advice to clients across residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes *

Engage with local planning authorities, stakeholders, and communities *

Contribute to the continued growth and success of the consultancy

Requirements

5-7 years' post-qualification experience in town planning (private consultancy preferred) *

Full MRTPI status (or equivalent) *

Strong understanding of UK planning regulations and procedures *

Excellent written and verbal communication skills *

Proven track record in managing planning applications and appeals *

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
