Role Overview As a Senior Town Planner , you will: Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of planning projects-from applications through to appeals and development strategy.

Prepare planning applications, development briefs, EIA submissions, and master plans.

Collaborate with internal specialist teams (e.g., infrastructure, environmental, transport).

Advise clients and engage with statutory bodies, community groups, and stakeholders.

Mentor junior planners and support project delivery across complex, multidisciplinary schemes.
