The Senior Training Compliance Advisor at Carnival UK offers a unique blend of learning, growth, and hands-on experience in the heart of our People department. It's your chance to start building a solid foundation in this field, contributing to our goals across the organisation.Role OverviewKey accountabilities for the Senior Training Compliance Advisor include:Planning and scheduling fleet training to ensure crew are qualified and certified for their rolesManaging relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including training providers and auditorsMonitoring training costs and helping with budgeting and forecastingKeeping HR systems like Mistral updated with accurate training compliance dataThis role is classified as CUK12 and is available on a full-time, fixed term basis for 12 months.
