Senior Treasury Analyst – Operations, Projects & TMS

Hybrid | UK-Based

£60,000 - £70,000 + bonus + excellent benefits


Join a leading FTSE-listed organisation as a Senior Treasury Analyst, working across operations, projects, and Treasury Management System (TMS) development. This role is designed for someone who wants to go beyond BAU, with real influence on how treasury operates and evolves. You’ll play a visible role within a well-established function, contributing to both operational excellence and strategic change.


Topics

Treasury operations

  • Oversee day-to-day cash management, liquidity forecasting, and banking activity
  • Strengthen controls and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Drive efficiency and consistency across core treasury processes
  • Support funding, FX, and financial risk management activities


Projects and transformation

  • Lead and contribute to treasury-related projects, including process improvement and automation
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance controls
  • Partner with Finance, Technology, and external stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives
  • Support wider transformation programmes impacting treasury


TMS ownership and development

  • Act as a key contact for the Treasury Management System
  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
  • Improve reporting capability, data quality, and analytics
  • Help develop the TMS as a central tool for treasury insight and decision-making

  • More efficient, scalable, and well-controlled treasury operations

What we’re looking for

  • Experience within a corporate treasury environment, ideally in a large or listed business
  • Strong grounding in treasury operations, cash management, and financial risk
  • Practical experience working with a Treasury Management System
  • Exposure to projects, process improvement, or systems change initiatives
  • Ability to work with and influence stakeholders across finance and technology
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
