Plan, coordinate and implement an Unreal server for use in a multiplayer game Support game features in Unreal to deliver a game that performs well in the real world Create a backlog of workrequired Highlight and mitigate risks in the technical plan and provide timescale estimates Establish budgets for the game Ensure metrics are sent to the reporting system so network performance can be monitored over time Be a key contact for networkingbest practices in the studio

Key requirements for this role in Farnborough

Professional experience developing quality shipped PC / console / mobile games Strong knowledge of C++ programming Skilled in 3D maths, optimisation and data structures Experience shipping titles in Unreal engine Knowledge of the underlying architecture of how Unreal networks games Able to mentor junior members of the team Passionate about working in the games industry and making VR games Professional experience working with Unreal Engine 4 on shipped networked titles
