A leading digital consultancy is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join its growing team of human-centred design experts. If you're passionate about solving complex problems, improving public and private sector services, and shaping meaningful digital experiences, this could be your next move.

About the role

This is a senior consulting role where you’ll lead multidisciplinary Agile teams to design services that genuinely meet user needs. Working closely with user researchers, interaction designers, product managers and developers, you’ll ensure services are accessible, inclusive, and intuitive.

You’ll also play a key leadership role — advising clients, mentoring designers, and championing best practice in UX across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy and execution across complex digital services
• Collaborate with user researchers to translate insights into design solutions
• Guide and mentor junior UX designers and help shape internal design practices
• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, influencing key decisions
• Promote inclusive design and accessibility across all outputs
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, recruitment, and business development

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience in UX design, ideally in fast-paced, Agile environments
• Proven ability to deliver user-centred services that meet accessibility standards
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
• Experience mentoring or line managing other designers
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and exploring problem spaces with clients
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and the roles of multidisciplinary teams
