What You’ll Be Doing Lead end-to-end UX design through discovery, alpha, beta, and live phases Apply accessibility and inclusive design principles across public-facing services Collaborate with service designers, developers, policy and content teams Produce wireframes, journey maps, blueprints, and interactive prototypes Conduct user research, usability testing, workshops, and design playback sessions Define UX strategy, influence design systems, and ensure alignment through delivery Support GDS assessments and mentor junior designers
