Motability Operations are currently recruiting for a Senior UX Designer to join our team in Bristol on a 9-12 month FTC to cover a period of maternity leave. As a Senior UX Designer you'll be leading discovery and design across both customer-facing and internal products, shaping solutions that solve real user problems and deliver measurable business impact. You'll primarily be working on mfldirect, our flagship B2B commerce platform within the automotive industry.
This role covers a key Senior Designer on our core customer facing product, mfldirect, at a time when we're facing some of our biggest and most exciting product challenges in recent years. You'll play a central role in leading design for this product, but also within the Design Team itself.
Working in a product environment - You'll be embedded within a product team, working closely with a Product Manager, Product Owners, and engineers to shape, design, and deliver solutions. You'll be balancing discovery and delivery as you work across multiple initiatives at the same time.
Product Discovery - You'll lead and contribute to product discovery, working with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user and customer needs through research and data. You'll use discovery to inform decision-making and drive measurable impact.
