What You Will Do:

- Lead and co-ordinate UX testing across vehicles, simulators, and digital prototypes.

- Conduct hands-on research, including study design, moderation, and analysis.

- Mentor junior researchers and support their professional development.

- Utilise Maze and other industry-standard research and survey tools to design and analyse studies.

- Collaborate closely with designers and product teams to define research needs and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

- Manage testing logistics and ensure high standards of research quality.

What You Will Bring:

- Strong experience in user research and usability testing, including in-person moderated studies.

- Proven ability to run studies across a range of prototype fidelities.

- Proficiency with Maze and common research tools such as Qualtrics, UserTesting, and Optimal Workshop.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

- A full UK driving licence and the legal right to work in the UK, ensuring regular on-site working due to secure prototype access.
