As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll lead the delivery of high-quality, user-centred design solutions across a wide range of sectors. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end design processes from discovery and strategy through to final UI and delivery, ensuring every experience is purposeful, intuitive and commercially effective.You’ll play a key role in mentoring others, influencing stakeholders, contributing to new business opportunities, and continuously improving how we design at Apadmi.What you’ll be working onLeading the design of client products, owning the full design lifecycle from discovery to deliveryCreating world-class UX and UI that balances user needs with commercial objectivesDelivering high-quality user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction designs and scalable design systemsCollaborating closely with User Researchers to inform and validate design decisionsFacilitating discovery sessions and design workshops with stakeholdersPartnering with Product and Engineering leads to ensure design intent is realised in deliveryActing as a confident and authoritative design voice in client meetings, clearly articulating design rationale and strategyContributing to proposals and pitches, leading the UX/UI vision for new business opportunitiesPlanning and directing the work of other designers within project teamsProviding clear, constructive and actionable feedback in peer reviewsChampioning inclusive and accessible design best practicesEnsuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and backed by research and industry standardsContributing to the evolution of team processes, quality standards and ways of workingWorking effectively within agile/scrum environmentsWhat you’ll bring to the teamSignificant experience delivering UX and UI design for digital productsA strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, craft excellence and measurable impactExperience leading end-to-end design processes across complex projectsProven ability to mentor and support junior and mid-level designersConfidence presenting to and influencing senior stakeholdersStrong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principlesExperience contributing to proposals and pitching workExperience working within agile product teamsExcellent communication, collaboration and facilitation skillsA proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvementAt Apadmi, you’ll receive standard benefits (holidays, pension, etc.) plus a variety of rewards within our collaborative community.
