We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Operations Lead Business Manager to join our team. This role is located in Manchester – HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Prepare and publish presentation materials, including Internal Business Reviews (IBR) with the Operations Practice, and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) or Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with Platform leadership and Executive Committee Sponsor.
Drive expense and headcount management, reviewing and advising on financials monthly with Operations and Platform leadership and CFOs including delivery against planned headcount efficiencies.
Oversee hiring requests and match early careers talent to budgeted headcount positions.
Manage monthly workforce forecasting and annual planning from end-to-end, working with Operations and Platform leadership and CFOs on expected growth demand, efficiencies, and expense targets.
Work with Operations Leadership and People Business Partner on organizational design optimization.
Manage multi-channel communications plan, such as weekly Leadership meetings, monthly Extended Leadership meetings, Townhalls, Offsites, weekly newsletters, etc.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Experience in financial services or business partner function preferred.
At least 5 years COO, CAO, CFO or business/workforce management experience and cost-effective budgetary responsibility.
Experience in the securities industry is a plus.
