The Role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Sever to join our front-of-house team and help maintain the highest standards of service management across our busy private events calendar. Youll bring energy, confidence, and warmth to every guest interaction, helping to create an unforgettable dining experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment and loves delivering service thats both professional and full of personality.
Responsibilities
coordinate the activities of restaurant, including your own section whilst supporting the team.
Ensure guests receive outstanding hospitality and service.
Pioneer resolving issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the work environment in accordance with safety standards.
Provide input and feedback on potential strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall guest experience.
Experience
Proven experience within a high volume restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality setting.
Familiarity with restaurant service operations, including serving and hospitality practices.
Previous experience with elevated service style.
Have a drive to want to develop within the role.
