Description

Develop and implement effective warehouse solutions tailored to client requirements.
Analyse operational data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
Prepare detailed proposals and presentations for stakeholders.
Lead project management activities for solution implementation.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends within warehousing and distribution.
Provide support and guidance to junior team members when necessary.
Consult clients around the benefit of automation and innovation (AMR/AGV, ASRS, Robotics)Profile

A successful Senior warehouse Solutions Design Manager should have:

A strong background in warehouse design and responding to logistics tenders, particularly within the 3PL sector.
Proven experience in designing and implementing operational solutions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (Excel).
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for warehouse layout and planning (AutoCAD, CLASS, Sketch up OR similar).
The ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
A strategic mindset with a focus on achieving operational efficiency (MTM, Six sigma is an advantage).Job Offer
