Elite are partnering with a beautiful luxury fashion seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive global wholesale growth, expanding key accounts and entering new markets while maintaining strong brand positioning and controlled distribution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute global wholesale growth strategy
  • Identify and secure new retail partners across key regions (EU, US, Middle East, Asia)
  • Manage and grow top-tier wholesale accounts
  • Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, margins, contracts)
  • Oversee seasonal sales cycles, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Ensure brand consistency and exclusivity across all partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain)


Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in luxury wholesale/business development (luxury RTW preferred)
  • Strong global retail network and proven revenue growth track record
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills
  • Strong commercial mindset with a refined brand sensibility
