What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in specialty coffee, hospitality, or food & beverage Experience setting up or improving CRM systems, KPIs, and sales reporting Comfortable building and managing a structured sales pipeline Strong understanding of London and/or East Anglia wholesale markets Commercial mindset with a focus on margin and long‑term customer value Self‑starter who works well with minimal supervision
Contract & Compensation
Part‑time / contract role Monthly retainer: £1,500 – £2,000 10% commission on new wholesale revenue Flexible working hours Initial 3‑month engagement, with scope to extend or expand the role
