The Role This role is suited to technicians who take pride in precision craftsmanship and thrive in high-performance environments where quality is non-negotiable. We are seeking a highly capable Senior Wiring Harness Technician to build complex, bespoke harnesses to the highest standards. Reporting to the Production Lead and Technical Lead, you will play a key role in delivering assemblies for some of the most demanding engineering environments. Key Responsibilities Manufacture high-quality wiring harnesses to customer specifications and internal COPs Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and build documentation Deliver right-first-time builds and complete Technician Checklists prior to QC Work with Production Lead to meet deadlines without compromising quality Collaborate with Technical Lead to resolve build and design challenges Complete Line Inspections and Build Notes to support continuous improvement Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workspace Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental standards What We’re Looking For Extensive experience in wiring harness assembly within high-performance or precision engineering environments Proven experience working to System 25 standards Exceptional attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to operate effectively in high-performance, deadline-driven environments Proactive mindset with a strong focus xehkeey on continuous improvement Why Join Horizon Wiring Work on cutting-edge projects across motorsport, marine, and high-performance sectors Opportunity for worldwide travel supporting high-performance projects and customers (not mandatory) Flexible working approach where possible Overtime opportunities available Positive, professional workplace culture focused on quality and teamwork Structured in-house training programmes to support ongoing development Opportunity to develop your skills in a specialist, growing business And… off the record — a luxury coffee machine, dart board and pool table
