Senior/Lead Full Stack TypeScript Engineer
Remote / Hybrid
Up to £130k + Up to 0.3% Equity
We’re looking for a Senior/Lead Full Stack TypeScript Engineer with 5+ years of experience building scalable products. A huge plus if in fast-moving startup environments.

What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain scalable full stack applications using TypeScript
Own features end-to-end from architecture to deployment
Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership to ship impactful features
Improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy
Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices
✅ What We’re Looking For
5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong experience with TypeScript across frontend and backend
Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or similar
Experience building backend services with Node.js
Proven experience working in fast-paced startup environments
Strong understanding of system design, APIs, and scalable architecture
Comfortable taking ownership and operating with high autonomy
Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience scaling systems from early stage to growth phase
Prior experience in Seed to Series B startups
