*Job Description*

Brindley Group are looking for a *Master Technician & MOT Tester* to join the team at our busy Approved Nissan Service Centre in Cannock. This is a full time, 40 hours per week role with some Saturdays on a rota system and paid as overtime. This role allows for career progression with appropriate training and assistance available.

Salary £38,000-£44,000 plus uncapped bonus

We require an individual who holds a level *3 NVQ or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and must be EV trained*. The successful candidate will be able to ensure any diagnosis work is carried out to a high standard. Along with servicing and MOT's, the successful candidate must have the ability to work well both independently and within a team with a high level of care for the customers vehicle. *We’re ideally looking for someone who is available to start immediately if possible.*

*About the role*

* Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults as a Master Technician
* Carry out preventative maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
* Support and mentor junior technicians in the workshop environment
* Accurately complete job cards, digital reports, and documentation
* Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
* Keep technical knowledge current through manufacturer training and certifications

*About you*

* Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification or equivalent
* Must be EV trained
* Proven experience as a Master Technician within the motor trade
* Exceptional diagnostic and fault-finding skills across mechanical and electrical systems
* Strong work ethic with attention to detail and focus on quality

Pay: £38,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
