Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week, 8:30am - 4:30pm (30 min lunch) Contract: Permanent OH Medical is working in partnership with an in-house Occupational Health service to recruit a Senior Occupational Health Advisor. This is a hybrid position where you will work at least 3 days per week onsite with the flexibility to also work from home. This role would suit a confident Senior OHA who enjoys leadership, governance and service development, while still maintaining a clinical caseload. Duties: * Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and supervision to the OH team. * Deputise for the OH Manager as required. * Manage a clinical caseload, including complex case management and management reporting. * Triage and oversee OH referrals, ensuring consistency and quality. * Lead vaccination, health surveillance and health promotion programmes. * Maintain clinical governance standards, audits and quality assurance. * Support staff development, supervision and CPD. * Provide expert OH advice to senior stakeholders and managers.
