You’ll be joining a global, foundation‑owned consultancy recognised for delivering sustainable solutions across the built and natural environment. Operating across the UK and internationally, they employ thousands of specialists who combine local expertise with global insight to shape more resilient, liveable places for future generations.
Their work spans major infrastructure, urban development, environment, energy, transport and landscape projects, with sustainability, innovation and long‑term thinking at the core of everything they do.
Your new role
As a Principal Arboricultural Consultant, you will join a well‑established and highly regarded arboricultural team working on a diverse portfolio of projects across the UK.
You’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality arboricultural advice to a wide range of clients, contributing to complex, innovative and nationally significant schemes. The team is known for its collaborative and supportive ethos, with a shared passion for trees and sustainable land use.
Your role will involve leading BS5837:2012 surveys and reports, undertaking tree hazard and risk assessments (such as PTI and QTRA), and providing technical oversight and quality assurance across projects. You will also support the growth of the arboricultural service line by helping to develop client relationships, contributing to bids and proposals, and mentoring less experienced consultants. Working closely with multi‑disciplinary colleagues, you’ll help deliver integrated solutions that balance development needs with environmental protection.
