The Role

You’ll take the lead on infrastructure and drainage designs across a varied portfolio of residential and commercial schemes, guiding projects from early planning stages right through to construction.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading drainage and infrastructure design, with a strong focus on surface water and foul drainage strategies
Delivering detailed designs from concept and planning through to construction
Supporting highways design and coordinating with relevant authorities (highways experience beneficial, but drainage expertise is key)
Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and local authorities
Mentoring and supporting junior engineers as the team continues to growWhat We’re Looking For

Minimum 4 years’ UK civil engineering experience
Strong background in infrastructure and drainage design
Highways design experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D advantageous)
Ability to manage your own workload while collaborating effectively within a teamWhat’s On Offer

£50,000 – £55,000 depending on experience
Hybrid working (typically 2–3 days in the office)
Choice of office: Cardiff, Bristol, or Bridgend
