We are hiring experienced Systems Engineers to deliver complex, safety‑critical solutions across Land Systems, Naval Defence, Advanced weapon systems, and Aerospace platforms. We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer with a strong background in Land Systems to support solution development across a high‑profile Land Mobility Programme. This role would suit someone comfortable across the full systems lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Systems engineering activities across requirements, integration and test Develop and manage system requirements (derivation, decomposition, traceability) Support system integration, verification & validation activities Engage with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders Essential Experience Proven background in land‑based defence systems Strong experience in requirements management, integration & testing Full lifecycle systems engineering expertise Working Pattern Hybrid Occasional travel to Bristol as required Why Join Us?
