Systems Engineer Defence - Land Systems

Were a growing company at the forefront of cutting-edge defence engineering. Were hiring experienced Systems Engineers to deliver complex, safety-critical solutions across Land Systems, Naval Defence, Advanced weapon systems, and Aerospace platforms.

Were looking for an experienced Systems Engineer with a strong background in Land Systems to support solution development across a high-profile Land Mobility Programme.

This role would suit someone comfortable across the full systems lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Systems engineering activities across requirements, integration and test
• Develop and manage system requirements (derivation, decomposition, traceability)
• Support system integration, verification & validation activities
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders

Essential Experience

• Proven background in land-based defence systems
• Strong experience in requirements management, integration & testing
• Full lifecycle systems engineering expertise

Working Pattern

• Hybrid
• Occasional travel to Bristol as required
