FOSTER CARE ASSOCIATES (THE FCA) Role: Senior/Supervising Social Worker - Part Time 28 Hours per Week Salary: Up to £33,558.82 (pro-rata) per annum dependent upon experience. (£41,948.53 Full Time Equivalent) Benefits: Company Car or £2,000 Car Allowance, 30 days' Annual Leave, rising to 35 day's with length of service, + Bank Holidays, Life Assurance, Employee Discount Scheme & Medical Cash Plan. All benefits pro-rata'd. Hours: 28 hours per week across 4 days Location: Hybrid - Supporting our Foster Parents across Norwich and North Norfolk. There would be an expectation to travel to the regional office in Ardleigh twice a month.
