We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef that will be at the helm of a brand-new kitchen, to build and mentor a team of six. The Senior Sous Chef will set operational standards, and ensure every dish served exceeds expectations. Fully accountable for the kitchen performance, food costs, and consistency from launch day onwards. What they offer: Salary up to 60K + service charge. Execute and elevate a menu designed in collaboration with Enrico Bartolini, with room to add your signature style. Maintain top-tier standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation. Manage inventory, suppliers, and food costs with full accountability. Work closely with the General Manager and investors to refine the guest experience. Lead with calm, confidence, and a solutions-focused mindset during the high-energy launch phase.
