Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you have experience in the automotive industry or a strong interest in cars? We're looking for a motivated and professional Service Advisor to join our busy and friendly team in Reigate.
About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming customers and handling service enquiries both in person and over the phone Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs Liaising with technicians to provide updates on vehicle progress Explaining repair work and costs clearly to customers Preparing and managing job cards and invoices Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times Upselling additional services and products where appropriateWhat We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role (automotive preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Confident using computer systems Full UK driving licenceWhat We Offer
