£30,000 basic CSI Bonus £4,000+ upsell
M-F only 8:00 - 6pm
Location: Newbury
You'll be a Service Advisor within a very stable and organised team, with an excellent reputation. Theses guys are the Franchise Experts that do all the in-depth fault finding using specialist equipment, at the cutting edge, and they deliver on customer service (and hopefully you do too).
There is no pressure-cooker culture here, and they are investing into their workspace and rolling with the times. If you're feeling burned-out you're looking to the next challenge, then we should probably talk.
You'll aslo be waving goodbye to weekends - working M-F only, with enough time to make it home for 6:15pm*
What you’ll need to have
Experience working as a Service Advisor in the Motor Trade
The mind-set to solve problems, deal with customers and handle yourself independently.
A driving license
