We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and friendly car and van garage based in Farnham. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where customer service and organisation are key.
The Role:
Acting as the first point of contact for customers
Booking in vehicles for service, maintenance, and repair
Providing updates and clear communication throughout the process
Liaising with the workshop to ensure smooth workflow
Managing job cards and invoicing
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor (automotive preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organised with good attention to detail
Ability to work in a busy environment
Whats on Offer:
Salary up to £35,000 (flexible for the right person)
