LookingforanexperiencedFieldService/InstallationsEngineer,whohasinstalledacabledsystem,tobetrainedtosupportandinstallmyclient'sLossPreventionsystem,installedinretailers,mostlysupermarkets.

Installsinvolvedatacabling,installingdeactivationdevicesonthepointofsale,drillingandchasingtoinstallequipment.

ThesystemscommunicatewiththepointofsaletodeactivateRFIDsecuritytags,youneedagoodunderstandingofWindows,PChardware,IPaddressingetc.ThealarmsideofthesystemworksonRF,mostfaultsaredatacablingterminationormodularrepair/swapsonfailedelectronics.

Youmustbecomfortableusingdrillsandhappytobetrainedtooperate,Floor/WallChaserstosinkcablingfortheantennas.

There'slotstolearn,lookingforsomeonewithprovenabilitytolearnnewsystemsquicklytoasupportlevel.

ThisroleistojointhepermanentFieldServiceTeam,youwillbecoveringmainlytheEssexarea.Ideallyapplicantsshouldlivewithinabout30minsdriveofBishop'sStortford.

Youwillbeprovidedwithanexpensedcompanyestatecar,phone,toolsetc.

Salarywillbe£29-£32000basic,withsomepotentialforovertimeandabonusscheme.

OnaverageEngineersearnanextra£2KinO/Tandabonusschemeaddsaround£1Kperannum.

Trainingonthisclient'ssystemsisprovidedforsuitablyskilledFieldEngineers.

StandardhoursareMonday-Friday08:15-17:30(doortodoor)41.25hoursperweekwithovertimepaidoutsideofthis. xbpsjku
