Job Title: SERVICE CHARGE ACCOUNTANT- Property Management Location: Croydon, CR0 Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum Position: Permanent, Full-Time Reference: WR58321 A highly regarded independent property company in Edgware is looking for a skilled Service Charge Accountant to support their established Property Management department. You’ll play a key role in managing service charge finances across a substantial portfolio, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service delivery. Why This Role?

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
Prepare service charge income and expenditure reports Assist in budgeting for managed properties Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting Deliver high levels of service to clients and stakeholders Maintain and update property accounts using Excel and Qube (preferred)
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
Significant experience in service charge accounting Strong knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and relevant legislation Proficient in Excel; Qube experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Highly organised, able to prioritise and meet deadlines Professional, detail‑oriented, and a confident team player Willingness to stay up to date with industry changes
