This role sits at the heart of the service operation and is pivotal to the success of the business. You will act as the key link between customers, field engineers, and internal departments, ensuring service activity is planned, communicated, and delivered efficiently. This is a customer-facing, fast-paced role that requires strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and a solid understanding of heavy plant or mobile machinery. The Role As Service Controller, you will be responsible for coordinating all service activity across the Heavy Plant fleet.
