The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator to oversee one of our Ofsted supported accommodation services in Hillingdon. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of accommodation provisions, ensuring that people we work alongside receive person-centred, trauma-informed support in a safe and welcoming environment. You will lead and develop a team of Support Workers, providing guidance and motivation to ensure they can effectively support young people in working towards independence.
