We have a fantastic opportunity for experienced Support workers to work with a leading housing association in the Macclesfield area supporting clients experiencing homelessness, mental health, and substance misuse.
This is a part time temporary role that could become a part time permanent role for the right person. Part‑time: 19 hours per week Rota-based Caseload: 4-5 clients , approx. 5 hours support each per week Support includes: appointments, welfare checks, tenancy-related support
