Our client, a well-established and growing business within the facilities/services sector, based in Gloucester, has an exciting new opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Service Coordinator looking to join a dynamic company where you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the Service Desk. The successful Service Coordinator will be highly organised, personable, and motivated to deliver outstanding service
The successful Service Coordinator should have:
Experience working in a similar service desk, coordination, or maintenance administration role Strong IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of information accurately A proactive, team-focused attitude with strong communication skills A professional, approachable manner and a strong sense of responsibility In this role, the Service Coordinator will be responsible for:
Managing the day-to-day operation of the Service Desk, handling calls and logging enquiries accurately Scheduling engineers and coordinating callouts based on urgency and priority Producing quotations, supporting job costing, and processing invoicing on completion of works Maintaining service docume...
