We are looking for an Infrastructure Services Service Lead to take end-to-end accountability for the operational management, security, and continuous improvement of our Middleware and Database estate within a leading insurance environment. Working closely with a managed service partner, you will ensure platforms are resilient, compliant, and aligned to enterprise standards, while driving service excellence and strong delivery outcomes. This role blends technical leadership, service management, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on security, automation, and continuous improvement. About the Team You will join a collaborative Infrastructure Services function responsible for the stability and evolution of core enterprise platforms supporting insurance operations. The team works closely with Security, Application, Architecture, and Technical Assurance teams and partners with a managed service provider to deliver high-quality, secure services at scale.
