Service Delivery Manager – Cancer Performance & Improvement What You’ll Do
Oversee cancer pathways, review patient progress daily, and identify diagnostic delays or gaps. Work with imaging and diagnostic services to ensure patients are on the right pathway. Line manage Pathway Navigators, supporting their development and performance. Analyse performance data, produce reports, and present trends to inform improvements. Chair PTL tracking meetings, escalates risks, and supports operational decision‑making. Lead training, awareness sessions, and stakeholder presentations on pathway performance. Contribute to service development, audits, and initiatives to meet national cancer standards.
About You
Strong leadership and people management skills in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of cancer pathways, diagnostics, and national performance standards. Skilled in analysing data and using tools such as Qlik Sense. Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about improving patient experience.
