Service Delivery Manager - Oracle

We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager for a full-time position based in London. Our client is an award-winning Oracle consultancy that works with a number of renowned organisations, including government-led projects.
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Oracle services to clients, ensuring they meet agreed service levels and drive customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing service delivery teams, optimising IT service management processes, and maintaining client relationships to ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
You will lead a large multi-disciplinary team as Service Delivery Manager and act as the primary interface between the client and the delivery organisation. You will be responsible for management reporting, issue and risk management, and ensuring operational excellence across the service.
A key aspect of the role will be account management and service growth, identifying opportunities to expand services and supporting commercial discussions. This is a high-profile role, requiring excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence in presenting service performance, root cause analysis, and improvement plans to senior leadership teams.
The role will be based at the client’s central London office, with an expectation to be on-site a minimum of four days per week.
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills with experience in a client-facing environment.
* Knowledge of Oracle Fusion and the wider Oracle technology ecosystem within a managed services environment.
* Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams of approximately 30–50 resources within IT service delivery
* Excellent analytical skills and experience with ITSM and work management platforms
* Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles
* Strong commercial awareness and comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment
* Experience working within regulated environments with security requirements (e.g. UK Government clients)
* 10+years continuous UK experience
