We have recently been asked to assist one of the UK's leading FM Outsourced Providers in their search for a Senior Service Delivery Manager to work on one of London's most prestigious business centres.In what will be a very demanding but rewarding & challenging opportunity it is essential that you have a demonstrable background in the running of M&E hard service led contracts; be a people-focused individual as you will have a number of buildings within your portfolio and as such approximately 30 staff members ultimately reporting to you. As my client values their team collectively you must be able to lead from the front but with a strong hand ensuring that the maintenance regime is upheld to honour contract obligations and that all records/logs are maintained faultlessly.As the building portfolio will consist of a number of multi-tenanted buildings (with many very high profile tenants in the financial services sector) you will have enhanced customer relationship skills, be commercially astute in managing the contract P&L.Your technical knowledge will cover all aspects of building services but with particular regard to heating, ventilation & air conditioning, sophisticated BMS systems, diesel generator sets & CHP, etc.The role carries a remuneration in the region of £70,000 plus benefits.Our website (0207 553 5660) View profile #J-18808-Ljbffr
