End User Computing Service Desk Manager/Team Lead Leader Type: Permanent Location: Hybrid role with presence required in Croydon office (circa 3 days a week in the office) Exciting opportunity to join a national transport provider based in London. The chosen candidate will become the Team Leader of an End User Computing team providing a range of support to their userbase. You will oversee a Team Lead (8 Engineers reporting them) and be tasked with the successful delivery of IT/End User services to the business in line with agreed SLAs.  You will work with your team ensuring that the escalation process is running smoothly and also work collaboratively with Infrastructure, Security, Network and Senior Management teams. Alongside this some of the further responsibilities will include working on IT Documentation, Processes & Knowledge Base and Supplier/Third Party Management.
