Service Desk Technician\n Location: Liverpool | Department: IT Operations (Hybrid 2 days per week in Liverpool)\n Reporting to: Service Desk Lead\n\nSalary - £25,000 - £28,000\n\nClient: International brand\n\nWe're looking for a skilled Service Desk Technician to join the IT Operations team supporting our clients wider group. You'll troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, manage incidents, and support colleagues across the UK and overseas offices.
